About Amber
Amber Craig, M.Ed., CALT, is an experienced classroom teacher and dyslexia interventionist with a passion for helping parents, students, and teachers. Amber trained extensively in Orton Gillingham methodology using Basic Language Skills from Neuhaus Education Center, holds a Master of Education in dyslexia therapy and is a Certified Academic Language Therapist.
As a former classroom teacher, Amber combines her knowledge of curriculum standards with experience working with students with language-based learning difficulties. She understands the unique way that children with dyslexia learn and process information. As a parent of two children with dyslexia, Amber is keenly aware of the struggles parents face and is dedicated to helping others navigate the education system successfully.
Amber is passionate about educating parents, advocating for students with learning challenges, and working with families to build a strong educational foundation. Amber’s personalized coaching and consulting services help families navigate decision-making at home and within the school system. She offers research-based strategies that work and helps foster effective communication with teachers and administrators.
